Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

In their original, unused condition (with tags attached if applicable).

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@pawsandtailus.com to let us know about your return or exchange. Please include your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.

Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship out your exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.
Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we’ll be happy to assist! Exchanges are subject to product availability.
